When you use this site, you agree to the terms and conditions that follow. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should immediately cease use of this site.

Stock

All Products on this site are subject to availability. We do our upmost to maintain all products, however, on occasion we may run out of an item and cannot guarantee its availability. If there is an item you require that is out of stock we will promptly notify you via e-mail with options for selecting alternate items or canceling those items from your order.

 

Shipping

We use Australia Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.

Delivery costs a flat-rate of just $5 NSW only and $10 Australia wide, which means the more items you buy the cheaper per item it is!

 

We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive deliveries, for example your work address, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business and residential in Australia. PLEASE ALLOW 3-7 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY

 

Returns Policy

Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase in the original condition you recieved it, within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Goods damaged in transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on return of damaged goods.

Method of refunds
Candles 4 You will refund payments via your Credit Card or we can transfer funds via EFT to your specified Bank Account.

How to make a return
All we ask is that you return the product in its original condition with its packaging along with the Returns Form below. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.

Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel you must contact us immediately using the information in our Contact Us Link before the goods have left our control. After the point of despatch you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.

Burn Time and Dimensions 

Actual burn time of our candle products depends on a number of ambient factors therefore the times given are approximate. All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to change without notice.

Please note that whilst every effort is made to accurately portray the items shown on the Candles 4 You website, variations may occur. All images represent an accurate portrayal of its stock at time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification. Images are subject to Copyright infringement. For use of images, please contact Candles 4 You for permission.
